Roof Styles
Easi-Set Models
Easi-Set transportable buildings offer two standard all concrete roof styles: gabled or tapered. Both roof styles come with the exclusive patented post-tensioning system for added strength and durability. Roofs come standard with a broom finish. Multiple roof color and finish options are available.

TAPERED ROOF
The tapered roof style is flat in appearance, but has a slight pitch for water drainage. This prefabricated roof style has a turn-down edge that caps the walls. This design protects the roof joint from direct exposure to driving rain and provides a drip edge which prevents moisture penetration. The tapered roof also has an optional architectural ribbed edge. Talk to an Easi-Set Building producers about additional roofing options.

GABLED ROOF
The gabled roof style has a pitch of 3.713. This roof style features 6” overhanging eaves on all sides to prevent water intrusion. Most finishes available for the walls of the building are also available for the gabled roof panels.
Custom designed roofs can be added to the top of the building
Easi-Span Roof Sections - Clear Spans up to 50' Wide

Easi-Span Buildings offer a one-piece roof that spans the entire width of the building with no internal supports (designed for 60 psf live load). The Easi-Span roof section is a monolithic low profile gabled roof with an optional architectural ribbed edge offering a "turn-down" that prevents water migration to the interior. Easi-Span Buildings are available in clear span widths of 20', 24', 30', 40', and 50' and depths in 10' increments up to 250'. An exclusive post-tensioned keyway system between roof panels ensures a leak-proof joint. The roof system also features an expandability feature if space requirements change in the future.
